Doug Bartley has completed over $750 million in real estate transactions in his 27 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, primarily in the office sector. He has a proven track record with Fortune 500 companies, not-for-profit agencies, and small to medium size firms. Previous roles as a City Leader/Principal in the Tampa Bay Area of numerous national and international real estate firms has honed his entrepreneurial skills that translate into creating leverage for his clients. He currently serves on the Board of the Friends of the Riverwalk and has served on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Tampa Partnership, the Executive Board of Directors for the Westshore Alliance, and the Chamber of Commerce Committee of 100. In a charitable capacity, he served as president of Sincerely Santa for over five years. Doug is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in Finance and Business Administration and is a graduate of the University of Florida's School of Banking graduate program. |

Brenda Ball has over twenty-nine years of experience in finance and accounting. Brenda has held management positions with an international accounting firm, a leading law firm, service industries and the non-profit sector. Brenda has directed audits of real estate investment firms as well as developed expertise in upgrading accounting functions, planning/reporting responsibilities, and financial analyses. Brenda is a graduate of Indiana State University with a master's degree in Mathematics and a master's degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois.
